Welcome to PalmPoint! Please read and agree to this User Agreement carefully before using the app. By using PalmPoint, you confirm that you have fully understood and accepted all terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
"App" / "PalmPoint": the PalmPoint application developed and operated by the developer ("we"/"us"). "User" / "you": a natural person who uses this app.
PalmPoint lets your phone act as an input device (mouse / keyboard / gamepad) and remote control for a computer, over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and provides optional AI assistant / automation features. We may adjust, change, or discontinue some features at our discretion, except where laws require otherwise.
Some features (including membership) require you to register or sign in. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time (see Section IX).
You shall comply with applicable laws and shall not use the app for any illegal or infringing activity. You are responsible for your device wear, network fees, and related costs. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code, nor tamper with or interfere with the app's normal operation.
If you enable the AI assistant / automation features and configure your own model API, the app will send your instructions and screen captures of your paired computer to the third-party AI service you configure, and may perform input actions on your paired computer on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the instructions you issue and the resulting actions, and for complying with the terms of the AI service you choose.
The intellectual property of this app and its content belongs to the developer. Without authorization, you shall not copy, distribute, modify, transfer, or use it for any commercial purpose. Content you generate while using the app belongs to you.
We strive to keep the app running properly but do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for all needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, device compatibility issues, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time via User Center → Deactivate Account, or by emailing pointpalm68@gmail.com. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription — please also cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions.
We may modify this agreement due to business, legal, or other reasons; the updated agreement will be published within the app. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated agreement. If you violate this agreement, we may suspend or terminate your access.
This agreement is governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding your use of the app. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Contact: pointpalm68@gmail.com.
